DESCRPTION OT 9 mold release is an emulsion of natural, biodegradable water based product that will minimize surface defects and provide a quick, easy release of concrete from molds. This environmentally friendly formula will not stain or discolor the surface of concrete. OT 9 can be used on metal molds. Vapour pressure: as for water Flash point: not applicable Solubility in water: fully miscible with water PH: 7 VOC content: 0ｇ/ｌ Chemical reactivity: low Solid content: *5% Ion: Anionic APPLICATION OT 9 is suitable for secondary product of concrete, box culverts, tunneling work, Large precasts–panels, beams, lintels, culverts, sewer boxes etc. (vibration type) ADVANTAGE Economical and easy, safe to use. High dilution rate. Elimination of health risks with petrochemicals Ready to use from container simply add to the mixing water. Environmentally friendly. Minimization of fire risk. Molds can be cleaned with water. RECOMMENDED DOSAGE OT 9 is very economical version of mold release agents. It shall be diluted with water before use. Recommended water to OT 9 ratio is 3:1~5:1. METHOD OF USE Clean all surface prior to application of OT 9. Agitate before use. OT 9 can be sprayed on the molds in thin, even layers for maximum performance and economy. For a more uniform and economical application, use a sprayer equipped with a fan type nozzle. PRECAUTIONS Protect from freezing; store at *3℃ or above. Clean molds for no stains.
